CANCELLATION POLICY

 

CITY STAYS

In case of cancellation, the following will be charged:

For cancellations, at least 7 days before the arrival date the Guests will be fully refunded.

For cancellations, less than 7 days before the arrival date the down payment will not be refunded.

In case of Now Show and/or departure before the original departure date a 100% penalty will be applied.

 

STAYS IN PRIVATE VILLA

In case of cancellation, the following will be charged:

For cancellations 15 days before the arrival date the Guest will be fully refunded.

For cancellations less than 15 days before the arrival date the down payment will not be refunded.

In case of Now Show and/or departure before the original departure date a 100% penalty will be applied.
